Admins also have the option to manually create and assign customer reviews. You can choose a product, then input reviewer details, rating, content, verification status, images, and more.
For review management or migration purposes, the plugin includes CSV-based export and import features. Exported files include full metadata such as reviewer info, review text, rating, and image links. You can filter by date, product, category, rating, or comment status. The import format mirrors the export structure, making bulk review uploads straightforward.
A Chrome extension is available for users who want to import real user reviews from AliExpress and Amazon. You can fetch reviews using product IDs and assign them to any WooCommerce product.
