WooCommerce Orders Tracking allows your customers to easily monitor the status of their purchases in real time. This plugin helps manage tracking numbers, import/export orders, and provide direct tracking links, improving customer satisfaction and simplifying store operations.
Supports Multiple Carriers and Payment Gateways
Compatible with over 90 shipping providers, WooCommerce Orders Tracking also works with multiple payment methods, including PayPal, so tracking details can be linked to transactions. Customers can be notified of tracking updates via SMS, and email/SMS messages can be sent in multiple languages when using Polylang or WPML.

Automatically attach tracking information (carrier, tracking number, shipment status) to PayPal transactions. Sandbox mode allows testing before live use, and the plugin supports many core PayPal plugins. AliExpress orders synced with the ALD plugin can also update PayPal automatically.
Tracking Services and reCAPTCHA
Retrieve shipping updates via TrackingMore, Cainiao, EasyPost, Aftership, Tracktry, and 17Track through API. Cainiao works without an API key. Google reCAPTCHA helps protect your site from spam and abuse. Note: some third-party tracking services may require fees.
Add or Edit Tracking Information
Manually update tracking details per order in WooCommerce > Orders or in bulk using CSV import/export. Filter orders by date, status, payment method, shipping method, and more. Export and edit tracking data, then import it to update orders automatically.

Order Tracking Page

The page supports AJAX-based timeline updates, two templates, multiple design options, translation via Google Cloud API, and localized date/time formatting. Default tracking info can be set for new orders lacking updates.
