Jobhunt is a clean, fast, and functional WordPress theme developed specifically for job board websites powered by the WP Job Manager plugin. Built for performance and flexibility, Jobhunt is lightweight and works great with caching tools like WP Rocket, CDNs like Cloudflare, and solid hosting environments. It doesn’t include functionality outside of a theme’s responsibilities, allowing you to freely enhance your site through third-party plugins.
The theme includes 5 different homepage templates and over 15 layout blocks that can be mixed and matched using King Composer’s drag-and-drop page builder. You also get 5 header designs and 5 footer layouts, with the header built using action hooks and the footer fully widgetized for flexibility.
Job listings can be displayed in three different formats—modern, grid, or classic—and single job detail pages also come in three style options. You can choose your preferred design for both listing overviews and individual job descriptions.
Advanced filtering tools are provided via widgets, allowing job seekers to sort and filter job postings, employer profiles, and resumes based on various criteria like job type, category, or location.
Employer profiles are supported and can be displayed in four layout variations. Each employer also has a dedicated page in two possible formats, complete with a dashboard where they can manage their job listings. This adds professionalism and builds trust with potential applicants.
While the core job board features are handled by WP Job Manager, you can expand your site’s capabilities by using the Core Add-on Bundle. Jobhunt works seamlessly with this bundle, supporting all its added features like resume submissions, job alerts, and external job feeds.
Customize your homepage layout using King Composer’s visual interface. With more than 15 pre-built content blocks, you can build a unique and professional homepage without touching any code.
Jobhunt uses built-in WordPress features like jQuery autocomplete for job searches and Google’s GeoLocate API for auto-filling job locations, making the job search experience smoother for users.
Both Font Awesome and Line Awesome icon sets are included to give you plenty of icon choices. Line Awesome includes over 670 minimalist icons based on Windows 10 style.
Jobhunt supports monetization via WooCommerce integration. It works with both the Paid Listings extension and Simple Paid Listings (sold separately), allowing you to charge employers for posting jobs on your site.
Each job listing page includes structured data markup to improve how listings appear in search engine results. Google and other search engines can read this data to better understand your content.
The theme comes with 8 pre-designed static pages including multiple contact pages, About, Job Packages, FAQ, and other essential sections.
Blogging is supported with 3 distinct blog layout options, allowing you to create content that matches your brand’s voice and style.
