The Invoices extension for Bookly enables you to automatically create and manage billing documents whenever clients schedule appointments. You can trigger these invoices at different stages of the booking process—whether right after an appointment is made, once it’s approved, or after it’s completed—and define how long clients have to settle the payment. This functionality streamlines your billing workflow and helps ensure faster payments.

This add-on offers a range of useful capabilities:
Invoices can be generated either automatically or on demand.
You can fully tailor the invoice design, including fonts and images, to align with your brand identity.
Control what information appears in each document so that only relevant details are shown to the client.
Set custom prefixes for invoice file names to keep your records organized.
Send billing documents via email or embed invoice links in SMS messages for easy client access.
Access, sort, and download invoices as PDF files directly from your dashboard.
