If a customer cancels their appointment, you can instantly offer the newly available slot to those in line. Bookly also notifies the service provider of the freed-up time and displays the list of clients waiting. With a simple click, a customer’s status can be changed from “waiting” to “confirmed.”

This functionality helps you reduce lost income from cancellations by efficiently filling empty slots.
